The proceedings are published under the scientific responsibility of the conference organizers/editors. Peer reviewing of the articles is conducted in accordance with the Policy on Publishing Integrity of the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), in order to safeguard good scientific practice in publishing.
At least one author of each article should attend to the conference. A maximum of two articles per author is accepted.
